With over fifty years of residency, the Bolton Family has witnessed the evolution of the community and decided to make a lasting impact in 2023. Motivated by a vision of enhancing the Emerson area, the family invested in beautification projects as a tribute to beloved family members, Carzhey and Jocelyn Bolton.
